AutoBookMobile is a place for classic car enthusiasts to discover automotive culture and experiences. We cover everything from books, magazines and podcasts to journalism, car art, competitions, awards and NFTs.

We cover a range of transport subjects including Aviation, Buses, Cars, Commercial, Military, Motorcycle, Motorsport, Railway, Scooters, Shipping, Tractors, Trains and Trams.

Other vehicles should find a home within these subject areas such as Fire Engines which are listed under the Public Service heading.

We will try to include as much transport related material as possible, whether it is a new or fifty years old. If it is out there and of interest, we will do our best to cover it.

On the site, you will find information on books (and DVDs, magazines, podcasts, etc.) on all types of vehicles including…

marque history and design books; electrical, bodywork and mechanical repair manuals; books on motorways, railways and waterways; roadside relics and barn finds; spotter books for the railway enthusiast; not forgetting autobiographies and biographies of the people who made it happen from designers to race drivers and books on vehicles in popular culture.

Do you review books?

AutoBookMobile does not review books or other material. Our goal is show you what is available from different publishers and creators. However, you are able to contribute to the comment section at the bottom of each page.

Can I download books from the website?

We do not hold or display any book content beyond promotional material but we do include links to where you can purchase a particular book. We will include links to eBooks where available.

Why does your website show a different price?

We display the original Recommended Retail Price (RRP) as found on the book cover. The book may be cheaper in a sale or more expensive if it is old, rare, signed, special edition or a collectors item.

Why do you include NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens)?

We are starting to see more automotive companies create and sell art and experiences as NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) as a way to engage with enthusiasts. We think it is important to chart their progress.
