Jaguar Centenary Book One 1922-1955 by Eric Dymock

70 years of driving Jaguars has resulted in The Jaguar Centenary, launch title for the Eric Dymock Vintage Archive.

The Jaguar story was barely forty years old when Eric drove an E-type for his first regular motoring column in The Hamilton Advertiser. He wrote about Jaguars for The Motor, The Autocar, The Times, The Observer, The Daily Telegraph, and as Motoring Correspondent of The Sunday Times, before he turned author with 1999’s The Jaguar File.

Jaguar confidently distributed copies of The Jaguar File to journalists at press launches. Jaguar Head of Design Ian Callum recommended the thoroughness of its research; Jaguar used the book to prime new staff.

Now, The Jaguar Centenary: Book One expands and updates a lifetime’s experience with the company and its automobiles into the first of two definitive volumes.
