On the cover of the November 2021 issue of Irish Vintage Scene is an impeccable Ford Capri 2.0S that’s only covered 66,000 miles from new, and has recently received a complete, engine-out respray to return it to factory condition. It still wears all of its original panels and interior, and is the teenage dream-car of its long-time owner.

Irish Vintage Scene Issue 185 November 2021
On the cover of the November 2021 issue of Irish Vintage Scene is an impeccable Ford Capri 2.0S that’s only covered 66,000 miles from new, and has recently received a complete, engine-out respray to return it to factory condition. It still wears all of its original panels and interior, and is the teenage dream-car of its long-time owner.
Our second featured car is another black beauty from the 1980s, this time an Opel Ascona C that recently returned to its first neighbourhood in Co. Carlow following a full restoration.
Our tractor feature this month tells the story of a recently-restored Massey Ferguson 135 that’s been a member of its family for over thirty years.
Our motorcycle feature takes a look at a lovely trio of small motorcycles in the ownership of a Co. Tyrone enthusiast (a Norman Nippy, Triumph Tiger Cub and BSA Bantam D1), while our commercial feature tells the tale of a Morris 1300 van that’s just come through a comprehensive rebuild in the style of a BMC competition support vehicle.
To provide the vintage and classic vehicle enthusiast in Ireland with one place to source all they need for their hobby.
