Commercial vehicle writers compete in GOMW awards

Van and truck industry writers are encouraged to enter the CNH Industries Commercial Vehicle Writer of the Year category in the 2021 Guild of Motoring Writers Awards.

The award is open for entries until 30th September, and the winner receives a £500 prize as well as a trophy.

Returning for 2021, this award is presented for features that best represent the world of commercial vehicles.

Features can either be on the latest innovations in vehicle technology or innovative use of commercial vehicles in day to day business. Judges are looking for a fresh and interesting approach to the subject.

There are 11 other categories with cash prizes available, and finalists will be announced in mid-November, with an awards ceremony to be held during a gala dinner at the Royal Automobile Club, Pall Mall, on 2nd December.

The entry form, information about the awards, and the rules for entry can be found at www.gomw.co.uk/awards

Candidates are advised to read the online instructions carefully before entering. If you have any questions about the entry procedure, contact Honorary Secretary, Richard Netherwood at [email protected]
